Uninstall student trial or install 2007 over it?

Hi and thanks for being there. I just bought a new Win 7 laptop with, of
course, the student edition trial on it. However I have a fully active
office 2007 pro that I would like to install (I have the extra license).

Do I uninstall the student edition trial First then install 2007 as normal?
Or install over the existing student edition? What's the best way so as NOT
to screw it up?
