Error Code 779 Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 Service P

I am attempting to install Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 Service
Pack 2 (KB957324). I have been trying to get this done for several months and
continue to get the same error code Code 779. The install function has failed
many times. Any suggestions?
