Updating from Office XP to Office Enterprise - Outlook Question

Hi there. We are going to be updating from XP to Enterprise and I'm
wondering how to save/move my emails, contacts and calendar appointments from
XP to Enterprise. Nobody from my IT department seems to know how and I don't
want to lose them.
