How to get office updates in windows updates

I have Win 7 U x64 and when i select updates it only updates windows for
now, but on my other machine it updates windows and office 2010, does
anyone know what settings i need to change so my NON office 2010 machine
can get it updates the same time as windows.

That was simple thanks Rob, i had gone that route before but never
wanted to agree to the T&C as it seemed to want to install on it own
accord, but that was not the case so now my office is up to date, once
again thx m8
